Salesforce · Integration

Enter the deal once. Let the systems agree.

The line between a closed opportunity and an order in Naviga, WideOrbit, or Google Ad Manager, an invoice in NetSuite, or a subscriber record in Omeda or Recurly. AppExchange apps where they are honest, MuleSoft or middleware where the volume warrants it, and built integrations where the rules are yours.

When this is the right engagement

  • A closed-won opportunity is re-keyed into the order system by hand
  • Finance and sales report different revenue for the same month
  • Delivery data lives in the ad server and never reaches the account
  • The current integration is a nightly export one person runs
  • The Naviga app for Salesforce is installed and nobody is sure what it syncs

What you get

  • An integration architecture: which system owns which field, in which direction, on what trigger
  • AppExchange and native connectors configured and documented where they fit
  • Built integrations on the Salesforce APIs for the rules connectors cannot express
  • Data warehouse sync when the reporting layer is the destination
  • Error handling, retries, and an alert that reaches a person
  • Reconciliation reports that prove the two sides agree
  • Runbooks and monitoring your admin can operate

How it runs

  1. 01

    Requirements and field ownership

Which system is the source of truth for each field, and what happens when they disagree.

  2. 02

    Architecture

Connector, middleware, or built, chosen per connection and written down with the reason.

  3. 03

    Build

Configured or coded in source control, with every failure mode given a path to a person.

  4. 04

    Test against real records

The advertisers, orders, and invoices that broke the last attempt.

  5. 05

    Deploy and monitor

Staged rollout, reconciliation on live data, alerts that mean something.

  6. 06

    Handoff

Runbooks and a walkthrough for your admin or our managed team.

Questions we get

Do we need MuleSoft?

Usually not. Most media integrations are a handful of objects moving on a handful of triggers. Middleware earns its place at high volume or many endpoints, and we will say when you are there.

Start with the stuck point

What should Salesforce be doing that it isn’t?

Bring the workflow, handoff, or report that keeps resurfacing. We will tell you whether it is a Salesforce problem, a data problem, or a systems problem, and what to do about it.
