Salesforce · Managed services

A Salesforce team, without the hire.

Most media companies need a Salesforce admin about a third of the time, an architect about a tenth of it, and somebody to read the release notes three times a year. Managed services covers all of it: a monthly block of hours, a weekly cadence, a backlog you control, and people who already know how your org is built.

When this is the right engagement

  • The admin left, or was never hired
  • The backlog of small requests is longer than anyone can get to
  • Three releases a year land and nobody checks what changed
  • You want the implementation team to stay on after launch
  • Leadership wants a roadmap for the org, not just tickets closed

What you get

  • A named lead and a second consultant who both know the org
  • A weekly working session and a prioritized backlog you own
  • Administration: users, permissions, fields, layouts, and hygiene
  • Release review before each Salesforce release, with anything affected fixed ahead of it
  • Automation and reporting builds from the backlog
  • Data quality monitoring for duplicates, ownership, and required fields
  • Quarterly org review against your roadmap

How it runs

  1. 01

    Onboarding and org review

If we did not build it, we read it first.

  2. 02

    Backlog and cadence agreed

What matters most, who decides, and when we meet.

  3. 03

    Weekly delivery

Builds shipped, hygiene kept, releases reviewed, documentation updated.

  4. 04

    Quarterly review

The org against the roadmap, and the roadmap against the business.

Questions we get

Is there a minimum term?

Managed services run month to month after an initial period agreed at the start. If the backlog runs dry, we say so rather than inventing work.
