HubSpot · Enablement

A CRM only counts if people use it.

Reps logging deals at proposal stage is not only a training problem, but training is where it gets fixed. We train by role, on your portal, with your data, and we come back when the habits slip.

When this is the right engagement

  • The portal is well built and adoption is still low
  • New sellers are learning HubSpot from whoever sits next to them
  • Managers do not use the dashboards because they do not trust the inputs
  • You want an internal trainer or champion and need someone to train them
  • A relaunch is coming and the last launch was a memo

What you get

  • Role-based sessions: sellers, sales managers, ad ops, marketing, finance, admins
  • Training on your portal and your pipelines, not a demo account
  • Short guides and recorded walkthroughs for the steps people forget
  • Train-the-trainer for an internal champion
  • Adoption reporting: who is logging what, and where the gaps are
  • Follow-up sessions at thirty and ninety days

How it runs

  1. 01

Identify the roles and the habits that matter

Usually five or six behaviors decide whether the CRM is trusted. We name them.

  2. 02

Build the sessions on the live portal

Real pipelines, real accounts, the actual buttons.

  3. 03

    Deliver by role

Short, specific, and repeated where it counts.

  4. 04

    Measure adoption

Logging, stage movement, and activity by seller, shown to managers weekly.

  5. 05

    Return and reinforce

At thirty and ninety days, and whenever a new cohort arrives.

Questions we get

Can training be remote?

Yes, and most of it is. On-site sessions are useful for a launch or a relaunch, and we will say when we think one is worth it.

Start with the stuck point

What should HubSpot be doing that it isn’t?

Bring the workflow, handoff, or report that keeps resurfacing. We will tell you whether it is a HubSpot problem, a data problem, or a systems problem, and what to do about it.
