HubSpot · Implementation

A portal built around your business, not the template.

Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs configured as one system: a media data model, pipelines your sellers recognize, automation with owners, and reporting finance will accept. Re-implementing a portal that was onboarded and abandoned is the same service with a cleanup phase in front.

When this is the right engagement

  • You are new to HubSpot and want it built right the first time
  • You have a portal that was set up with defaults and it has never fit
  • You are consolidating divisions or acquisitions into one CRM
  • Sales adoption is low because the pipeline does not match how deals are actually sold
  • You need custom objects for orders, campaigns, or subscriptions and are not sure how to model them

What you get

  • A written solution design: objects, properties, associations, pipelines, and lifecycle stages, signed off before the build
  • Portal setup: users, teams, permissions, brand defaults, domains, email sending, and compliance settings
  • Custom objects and properties for the media business: advertiser, agency, order, campaign, subscription, as needed
  • Pipelines and deal stages with the entry and exit rules written down
  • Automation for routing, handoffs, task creation, and notifications, each with a documented owner
  • Dashboards for sellers, managers, and leadership, reconciled to the numbers finance uses
  • Role-based training and an admin handoff with documentation
  • A stabilization period after go-live

How it runs

  1. 01

    Solution design

Discovery, stakeholder interviews, and a written design you sign off before anything is configured.

  2. 02

    Portal setup

Users, teams, permissions, domains, sending, and the compliance settings that are painful to fix later.

  3. 03

    Data model and migration

Objects, properties, and associations built to the design, then the data brought in and reconciled.

  4. 04

    Automation and integration

Routing, handoffs, and notifications, and the connections to the order system and ledger that make the CRM the record.

  5. 05

    Reporting

Dashboards by role, built on definitions the teams agreed to, checked against finance.

  6. 06

    Testing and training

User acceptance testing with the people who will live in it, then role-based training on the real portal.

  7. 07

    Go-live and stabilization

A cutover with a freeze and a rollback, then we stay while the first month shakes out.

Questions we get

Can you implement one Hub now and the others later?

Yes, and it is common. We design the full model up front so the second Hub lands on the same objects and lifecycle stages instead of a second set.

What happens to the onboarding HubSpot requires on a new subscription?

We deliver it as part of the implementation. HubSpot’s onboarding checklist is a subset of what an implementation covers, and a Solutions Partner can fulfil it in place of HubSpot.

Start with the stuck point

What should HubSpot be doing that it isn’t?

Bring the workflow, handoff, or report that keeps resurfacing. We will tell you whether it is a HubSpot problem, a data problem, or a systems problem, and what to do about it.
