Know what the org is doing before you decide what to do with it.

Three shapes: a health check of an org you already run, a stay-or-go evaluation before a renewal, or a roadmap before a consolidation or migration. Each ends in a written plan you can act on with or without us.

When this is the right engagement

  • A renewal is coming and nobody can say what the license is actually buying
  • The org has grown by accretion and needs a map before anyone touches it
  • Two orgs need to become one and the data models have never been compared
  • You are weighing Salesforce against HubSpot and want an answer from your workflow, not a demo
  • Leadership has asked why the CRM costs what it costs

What you get

  • A current-state map of lead to cash across Salesforce, the ad system, the ERP, and the spreadsheets between them
  • An org audit: objects, fields, page layouts, automation, integrations, and reports, each marked keep, fix, or retire
  • A data quality finding: duplicates, orphaned records, ownership gaps, and fields nobody fills
  • A license and feature review against what the design actually depends on
  • A recommended data model and integration architecture
  • A prioritized roadmap with sequence, dependencies, and what each step unlocks
  • A readout for leadership and a working session for the team who will own it

How it runs

  1. 01

    Discovery interviews

Sellers, ad ops, finance, marketing, and the admin. How the work happens, not how the process document says it does.

  2. 02

    Org and data review

Read-only access. We inventory the metadata, profile the data, and trace every integration to what it really moves.

  3. 03

    Workflow and system map

One picture of lead to cash with the manual steps and the re-keying marked.

  4. 04

    Options and recommendation

Fix, rebuild, consolidate, or leave, with the trade-offs stated plainly.

  5. 05

    Roadmap readout

A leadership session and a working session for the team. You leave with a sequence you can run yourself or hand to us.

Questions we get

Will you tell us to leave Salesforce?

Only if the workflow says so. We implement HubSpot as well, so we have no reason to keep you on a platform that is not earning its fee, and no reason to move you off one that is.

Start with the stuck point

What should Salesforce be doing that it isn’t?

Bring the workflow, handoff, or report that keeps resurfacing. We will tell you whether it is a Salesforce problem, a data problem, or a systems problem, and what to do about it.
